In his permanent capacity as Group CFO, Benoit will focus on four main operational and financial priorities across the organisation:

  • Driving shareholder value through the group's ongoing transformation
  • Delivering strategic oversight and financial support to group-wide operations
  • Modernising and streamlining the finance function via advanced technology and simplified processes
  • Enhancing investor relations while optimising liquidity, balance-sheet structure and group financing.

Future Forward strategy

TP’s Future Forward strategy was announced in 2025, and outlines the company’s vision for growth and increased profitability in AI investment.

It aims to marry human expertise with technology in order to expand into its markets to create or investigate new business opportunities.

Alongside this, the company sets out a strategic priority to become a “next generation AI-enabled” company.
