Ex Johnson & Johnson Exec Juan Graham Named as Fluidra CFO

Fluidra, the Madrid-listed pool and wellness equipment group, has named Juan Graham as its next CFO as part of a planned succession process.
Graham will join the company and its Executive Committee on 1 June 2026, working alongside outgoing CFO Xavier Tintoré before formally assuming the role on 1 August. Tintoré will remain with the business in a transitional capacity until the end of the year.
A seasoned finance operator
Juan brings more than 25 years of international experience in senior finance roles.
The bulk of his career was spent at Johnson & Johnson, where he held leadership positions across consumer health, supply chain operations, treasury and mergers and acquisitions over nearly two decades.
He has overseen finance functions supporting businesses with annual revenues exceeding US$14bn.
Juan says: âI am honoured and excited to join Fluidra at such an important moment for the company. I look forward to working closely with Jaime, the Executive Committee and the entire Fluidra team to continue building on the company's strong foundations and advancing its strategic priorities.â
Most recently, Graham served as CFO of US-listed companies FibroGen and Perspective Therapeutics, where he led finance, investor relations, IT and strategic planning through periods of transformation and growth.
Jaime RamĂrez, CEO of Fluidra, notes: âWe are pleased to welcome Juan to Fluidra. His international experience, financial leadership and operational perspective will be highly valuable as we continue to execute our strategy. I am confident that Juan will make an important contribution to Fluidra's next phase of growth.
Marking the end of a long tenure
The appointment closes a significant chapter for Fluidra. TintorĂ© has served as CFO since 2010 and was central to some of the company's most consequential moments â including the merger with Zodiac, Fluidra's inclusion in the IBEX 35 index, its international expansion and a string of strategic acquisitions.
Xavier TintorĂ©, outgoing CFO of Fluidra, comments: âAfter 16 extraordinary years at Fluidra, I feel this is the right moment to begin a new chapter, with more time to dedicate to personal projects while remaining connected to the business world in new ways.
"It has been a privilege to contribute to Fluidra's growth and transformation into a global leader. I am deeply grateful to the teams and colleagues who have shared this journey. I look forward to supporting Juan during the transition and wish him and the entire Fluidra team every success.â
The international pool and wellness equipment business currently operates in over 45 countries, employing 6,500 people.
Eloy Planes, Executive Chairman of Fluidra, comments: "On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to express our sincere gratitude to Xavier Tintoré for his leadership, dedication and outstanding contribution over the years.
âXavier has played a fundamental role in Fluidra's development and success. At the same time, we are very pleased to welcome Juan Graham to Fluidra as he joins the company for this new chapter."
