Kearney Names Martin Denman as Chief Financial Officer
Global management consultancy Kearney has appointed Martin Denman as its new Chief Financial Officer.
Based at the firm’s global headquarters in Chicago, Martin brings nearly a decade of internal finance experience to the position.
His appointment follows a six-month stint as acting CFO, a period during which he provided key continuity for both the finance division and the broader business amidst widespread organisational changes.
Before joining Kearney, Martin held senior finance positions at ZS Associates and RSM US, having started his career at Kirkland & Ellis.

During his tenure at Kearney, he has directed several large-scale operational initiatives, including a revamp of the finance department centred on a major technology overhaul and the establishment of a global finance shared service centre.
Additionally, Martin spearheaded a board-led project to restructure the company’s equity model, created a project-costing method for profitability reporting, managed the integration of several corporate acquisitions and restructured the operating model for the firm’s global real estate assets.

Kearney leadership emphasises that the appointment aligns with broader long-term investments in technology and operational capabilities, particularly as the firm approaches its centennial milestone.
