Vitali Margolin, Head of Harmony at monday.com, launches a 200ms voice AI platform for enterprise sales with compliance-first call controls

Harmony, a voice AI agent platform built by monday.com, launched today with plans to help enterprise sales teams unlock business growth.

The platform’s specialised Large Language Models (LLMs) allow its agents to navigate real-world calls with speed and efficiency.

Harmony aims to help enterprises increase revenue by turning pipelines that businesses have already paid for into closed deals faster and more consistently than any team could on its own.

Currently, Harmony is available for mid-market and enterprise customers in the US, UK, Australia, and Singapore, with additional markets and languages to come.

Key facts
  • Harmony's models deliver approximately 200 ms audio-in to audio-out latency
  • Bright Car Finance Ltd generates around 2,500 approved applications per month
  • Bright Car Finance Ltd was converting just 5% of approved applications into finance agreements before using Harmon
  • Harmony qualifies approximately 50% of conversations and transfers 80% of those to live advisers
  • Bright Car Finance Ltd saw a 9% increase in deals closed in less than a year after adopting Harmony

The gap between new leads and closed deals

For many companies, growth depends on customer interaction, yet many cite insufficient time for productive conversations as a key challenge.

Potential leads can go quiet; follow-up conversations via email can be met with no response.

Many AI-powered tools have claimed to solve this issue. However, at best, generative AI solutions can handle routine calls, producing generic results.

At worst, they can be unpredictable with scripts, creating potential legal, reputational and regulatory damage.

Harmony aims to empower revenue teams by giving them more communication opportunities with customers and maximising the impact of each conversation.

Its agents are powered by voice technology acquired from OneAI and a suite of proprietary, task-specific LLMs trained on real customer conversations and orchestrated by a real-time predictive engine.

Each model is dedicated to a single function: qualifying leads, capturing data, handling objections, and more.

Because they are compact and run largely on Harmony’s own infrastructure, Harmony’s models deliver approximately 200 ms audio-in to audio-out latency, producing speech rhythm that is indistinguishable from human speech, with better accuracy.

Speaking exclusively to Finance Chief, Vitali Margolin, Head of Harmony, says: “Financial services is one of the most high-stakes environments to deploy AI – and it’s exactly the kind of industry we built Harmony for.

“The impact of a wrong answer about a rate, a policy, or an eligibility requirement goes far beyond just a bad customer experience.

“With Harmony, every call flow is structured logic that a team reviews and approves before going live, with brand rules and compliance constraints enforced as hard limits.

“In an industry where a single off-script response can trigger a regulatory review, this level of controllability isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s the only acceptable standard.”

Streamlining the sales ecosystem

Harmony agents can handle various live call scenarios and operate the full sales process, from prospecting, discovery, and qualification to objection handling, pitching, and warm transfers to live reps with a full briefing.

The platform also offers complete AI call centre capabilities including unlimited phone numbers with branded caller ID, predictive and power dialling, inbound routing, built-in consent and compliance controls and native CRM write-back.

By using Harmony, businesses can run customer calls end-to-end, 24/7, in any market, without limitations, at a lower infrastructure cost than general-purpose AI at call-centre volume.

Discussing Harmony’s ability to streamline the sales ecosystem, Richard Stubbs, Director at Bright Car Finance Ltd, says: “We generate around 2,500 approved applications a month but were only converting about 5% of them into finance agreements because leads went cold before a rep could reach them.

“Harmony's AI agent now follows up with every approved applicant right away. It qualifies about half of the conversations it has and hands 80% of those live to our advisers, driving a 9% increase in deals closed in less than a year.

“It's taken the repetitive work off our team so they can focus on the conversations that really matter.”
