People Moves: Vanessa Mantzarioti, new CFO for Paysecure

Paysecure, a global leader in payment orchestration, has named Vanessa Mantzarioti as its new Chief Financial Officer. In this role, she joins the senior executive leadership team and will report to CEO and Co-Founder Amit Hooja, overseeing the company's financial operations on a global scale.

Vanessa arrives with a background in senior finance leadership within the payments and fintech industries, having served in CFO and strategic roles across the Middle East and Europe.

Her professional history is distinguished by her ability to scale high-growth companies through the development of robust financial frameworks and teams necessary for international expansion.

Crucially for Paysecure’s future strategy, Vanessa has a track record of managing complex financial services businesses that operate across multiple jurisdictions.

This includes navigating regulatory compliance across both European and UAE markets.

At Paysecure, Vanessa will use this expertise to align global operations and support the company through its next phase of growth.

Her appointment comes during a period of significant momentum for the platform, which was recently named Best Payments Industry Newcomer at the 2026 Card and Payments Awards and featured in The Payments Power 50 2026.
