Polymarket Hires First CFO, ex-Amazon exec Warren Jenson

Polymarket, founded by CEO Shayne Coplan in 2020, has hired its first CFO as the company is looking to expand its exchange platform.
Reuters recently reported that the company’s annualised revenue passed US$1bn.
Additional appointments for senior leadership positions will be made as the company scales its operations in the coming months.
Warren Jenson has been named as the new CFO with previous financial experience at the helm of major businesses such as Amazon, Electronic Arts (EA) and Delta Air Lines.
Shayne Coplan notes: “Warren has led finance at some of the most consequential companies in the world, and his experience will be critical to everything we build from here.”
Financial leadership to help scale
The company announced that Warren’s foundation in financial excellence will be used to support Polymarket’s infrastructure for the next step in its growth.
Prior to his role at Polymarket, Warren was a Senior Adviser at investment firm EQT Group.
He is on the board for notable organisations such as Ripple, Dropbox and DigitalOcean.
Warren’s prior experience as CFO spans several enormous companies, including: NBC, Delta Air Lines, Amazon and EA from the ‘90’s to the late 2000’s.
More recently, he served as CFO for Acxiom, LiveRamp and Nielsen, where he was also named as President from 2023-2025.

Warren Jenson, CFO of Polymarket notes: “Polymarket created a massive new global market category. The opportunity ahead of us is enormous.

Polymarket’s next move
Shayne continues, saying that the appointment, in tandem with other senior leadership moves, is part of “assembling the team to match the opportunity in front of us”.
“Prediction markets are changing how the world gets information, and Polymarket is at the forefront of that industry” he continues.
Polymarket highlights Warren’s prior experience in modernisation, in addition to his experience at LiveRamp bringing the company and its markets to a more international stage.
Additionally, Warren’s earlier experience taking EA, Amazon, NBC and Delta “pioneer” new markets and expand globally were praised by Polymarket.

On X, Shayne commented that Warren is: “a true legend. We’re grateful to have him and excited to learn from him.”
The appointment comes just days before Shayne announced the hiring of ex-Zora CEO Jacob Horne, aimed at improving the company’s decentralised finance offerings.
Colin Mckinney Hill has also recently joined Polymarket as its VP of Operations from DoorDash.

Palatnir: Paired with Polymarket in early 2026 to develop a sports integrity platform. Palantir is located in Florida, US, under CEO and Co-Founder Alex Karp. It was founded in 2003.
TWG AI: Also part of the Palantir/ Polymarket partnership. The intelligence delivery company is owned by parent company TWG Global, founded in 2024, which is based in New York, US and run by CEO Mark Walter.
SEGG Media: Integrating Polymarket’s data into its Sports.com Predict for the 2026 World Cup. It is under the leadership of interim CEO and CFO Robert Stubblefield. SEGG Media is based in Texas, US.
Chainalysis: Polymarket paired with Chainalysis in to support with implementing an innovative on-chain system for tracking trading operations and applying Market Integrity Rules throughout its decentralised finance ecosystem. It is under CEO and Co-Founder Jonathan Levin in New York, US. It was founded in 2014.
Circle: A partnership was announced in early 2026 for Circle’s infrastructure to support Polymarket’s settlement capabilities for USDC, a stablecoin pegged to the US dollar by Circle. Circle was founded in in 2013 by Co-Founder and CEO Jeremy Allaire. Its headquarters are based in New York, US.
