PVH Corp appoints Sephora Executive Alexis Rollier as CFO

PVH Corp, the parent company of global fashion powerhouses Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER, has announced the appointment of Alexis Rollier as Chief Financial Officer.
Alexis will formally step into the position in early September 2026, taking charge of the company’s global finance organisation and directing all financial steering across its worldwide operational footprint.
In his new role, Alexis will join the PVH Executive Leadership Team and report directly to CEO Stefan Larsson.
His arrival comes at a crucial junction for the apparel giant as it continues to advance its long-term financial performance and international expansion across multi-channel retail environments.
Alexis Rollier, incoming Chief Financial Officer, PVH Corp, says: “Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER are two of the most iconic brands in the world, with powerful consumer relevance, and I am energised by the opportunity to join the PVH team at this important stage of the company’s journey.
“I look forward to working alongside Stefan and the PVH leadership team as we focus on capturing opportunities across our global business, and delivering long-term, sustainable value to our PVH shareholders.”
Executive expertise and global strategy
Alexis transitions to PVH following an extensive 14-year tenure at luxury beauty retailer Sephora, a division of LVMH Group. Since 2018, he has served as Sephora's Global Chief Operating Officer and Global CFO, playing a pivotal role in expanding the brand's international footprint while driving top-line growth, operational efficiencies and profit margins.
His broader career spans more than 30 years in consumer brands and international retail. During his time at Sephora, Alexis held key management positions including CFO for Europe and the Middle East, as well as CFO and Senior Vice President of Operations for the Americas.
In these capacities, he directed comprehensive business transformations and built internal capabilities across digital channels, e-commerce platforms and supply chain operations.
Prior to Sephora, Alexis served as Global Chief Financial Officer at Guerlain, following earlier financial roles at Kingfisher and LVMH.
He began his commercial career at auditing firm Arthur Andersen after graduating with an MBA from ESSEC Business School. His career path includes extensive international exposure, having lived and worked across both Europe and the US while leading teams in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.
Stefan Larsson, CEO, PVH Corp, notes: “Alexis is a unique global finance leader, who brings highly relevant expertise across multi-brand and omni-channel retail, deep financial and operational experience, and a strong track record of driving disciplined growth with profit expansion.
“As we continue our journey to build Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER into their full potential, Alexis’s experience connecting consumer-facing strategies with effective financial steering will help drive long-term shareholder value.”
Finance transition and leadership handover
Alexis will succeed Melissa Stone, Executive Vice President of Global Financial Planning & Analysis, who has held the role of Interim CFO since 1 January 2026.
Following the arrival of Alexis in September, Melissa will work directly alongside him to facilitate a structured handover. She will then continue in her position leading Global FP&A, reporting directly to Alexis.
“I want to thank Melissa for her exceptional partnership over this interim period,” added Stefan.
“I am looking forward to her continued leadership in FP&A and working closely with both her and Alexis as we continue to advance our strategic priorities.”
PVH currently operates in more than 40 countries, managing a retail and commercial network built around its core heritage brands.
