Creating value in energy and engineering supply chains

CPO at TotalEnergies, CĂ©cile Texier, is responsible for the company’s entire procurement function from sourcing and purchasing to contract management and supplier relationship management.

She has a wealth of experience within TotalEnergies. Having been with the company for over 20 years, her previous roles include Vice President of Gas & Power and Vice President of Strategy & Planning.

CĂ©cile’s current role as CPO is critical in supporting TotalEnergies' broader transformation as it pivots towards a more sustainable energy future.

Alain Tranzer, Group Executive Director in charge of Engineering and Supply Chain Management at EDF

EDF is a major global utility and a key player in the energy transition. The company is committed to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 and has set ambitious targets for renewable energy development.

Coralie has been with EDF for over 15 years and has held a number of senior procurement roles within EDF’s nuclear projects.

In her current role as CPO, she is responsible for all of EDF’s procurement activities from sourcing and supplier management to contract negotiation and purchasing.

She is also responsible for steering the 'excell' programme, a plan to strengthen the standard of quality in the nuclear industry.

Coralie is passionate about driving sustainability in the supply chain and is a member of the Board of Directors of the French Association of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management.

She is also a regular speaker at industry events where she shares her insights into EDF's development and the energy transition.

Driving value in financial services supply chains

Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) and Group Procurement at BNP Paribas Banking Group, Hervé Le Faou is a seasoned procurement professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.

He began his career at the company as a project manager in the IT department before moving into procurement in 2005. He has held several senior procurement roles at the company, including Head of IT Procurement and Head of Global Sourcing.

In his current role, HervĂ© is responsible for all of BNP Paribas’ CIB and group procurement activities. He is a key member of the bank’s executive committee and plays a vital role in shaping the bank’s procurement strategy.

Before this, HervĂ© was the CPO at the global cosmetics company L’OrĂ©al, where he was in charge of worldwide sourcing for the group. He brought this wealth of experience to his role at BNP Paribas.

Florence Vuillet, CPO at AXA

BNP Paribas’ procurement approach is based on three pillars: value creation, risk management and sustainability.

The bank is committed to working with suppliers who share its values and who can help it to achieve its sustainability goals.

At the global insurance and asset management group AXA Group, CPO François-Xavier is responsible for the company’s procurement function. He has been with AXA for over 10 years and has held several senior roles at the company, including Head of Procurement for AXA France and Head of Group Procurement.

François-Xavier is a key member of AXA’s executive committee and plays a vital role in shaping the company’s procurement strategy.

He is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and has a master’s degree in economics from the University of Cambridge.

Sébastien Digonnet, Group Purchasing Director at Carrefour

Driving value in retail supply chains

Group Chief Procurement Officer at Carrefour, a French multinational retail and wholesaling corporation, Sébastien is a seasoned procurement professional with over 20 years of experience in the retail industry.

SĂ©bastien joined Carrefour in 2021 and is responsible for all of the company’s procurement activities from sourcing and supplier management to contract negotiation and purchasing.

Before joining Carrefour, Sébastien was the CPO at the global brewing company AB InBev, where he was in charge of worldwide sourcing for the group.

He has also held senior procurement roles at the global food and beverage company Danone and the global consumer goods company Unilever.
