Coupa's Partner Xchange programme connects businesses with consulting firms, technology providers and payment partners to extend AI-driven spend management

Coupa has built a partner network that connects businesses with external expertise across procurement, finance and supply chain functions through its Partner Xchange programme.

The network includes consulting firms, technology companies, payment providers and resellers.

The programme enables access to implementation support, system integrations and process optimisation services.

Coupa positions the network as a way for businesses to extend AI-driven Total Spend Management capabilities across direct and indirect spend categories.

Organisations using the platform can work with partners on procure-to-pay transformation, supplier onboarding and change management.

The programme is structured to connect customers with partners that operate across different industry sectors and organisational maturity levels.

Consulting and implementation support

Partner Xchange includes consulting and advisory firms that work on procurement and finance transformation. These partners provide implementation services, governance frameworks and operational efficiency programmes.

The partners help organisations manage compliance requirements and streamline procurement workflows. The network includes resellers that deliver tailored solutions based on industry requirements.

Service providers in the network work on procure-to-pay transformation, outsourcing and change management. These partners operate across multiple disciplines within procurement and finance operations.

Payment and banking integrations

The Partner Xchange network includes payment and banking partners that provide transaction infrastructure. Virtual card and banking partners such as American Express and Mastercard are part of the ecosystem.

Payment technology providers such as PayPal and Stripe are integrated into the platform. These integrations connect procurement and payment workflows within the system.

The integrations are designed to improve cash flow visibility and reduce manual processing. The payment partnerships support transaction automation and global payment capabilities.

Innovation and private equity programmes

Coupa operates Ecosystem Labs, which runs programmes where partners and customers work together on new solutions. The labs provide development support and technical expertise for testing and scaling new approaches.

The programme includes pathways for bringing new products to market. Partners can access commercial support through the labs.

Coupa also offers private equity-focused programmes that work on value creation and margin improvement. These programmes are designed for organisations working on operational performance.

Marketplace and strategic partnerships

The Partner Xchange programme includes reseller and advisory services for mid-market and enterprise customers. Resellers have access to pre-packaged solutions for source-to-pay, accounts payable automation and expense management.

Consulting and advisory partners include Accenture, Deloitte and PwC. These firms provide implementation and transformation strategy services through the network.

The Coupa App Marketplace allows technology providers to certify and distribute applications that extend platform capabilities. Partners can publish integrations through the marketplace.

Coupa has announced a five-year collaboration with Amazon Web Services. The partnership combines Coupa's business intelligence network with AWS artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.

"Our strategic collaboration with AWS aligns our efforts to help customers accelerate their path toward autonomous spend management," says Greg Harbor, Chief Partner Officer at Coupa.

"With Coupa's leading AI-driven platform and US$9.5tn in proprietary data on AWS, we are driving faster transformation and measurable business outcomes for global enterprises."

The collaboration enables customers to deploy Navi agents built on Amazon Bedrock and powered by AWS AI and machine learning services. These capabilities are designed to automate procurement workflows and improve visibility across supply chains.
